Shergold Masquerader SM02-SD Battleship Grey Electric Guitar

Here for sale we have a Shergold Masquerader SM02-SD Electric Guitar in a Battleship Grey finish. Made in Indonesia, this guitar features a Solid Mahogany body, Solid Rosewood neck, a 22-fret Rosewood fingerboard, Medium Jumbo frets, a USA Seymour Duncan Single Coil in the Neck, a USA Seymour Duncan Single Coil Reverse SSL-6RW in the middle position and a USA Seymour Duncan TB-4.

The SM02-SD has a beautiful hand burnished Rosewood neck that feels incredibly welcoming in the hand. The neck provides excellent playability and is paired perfectly with its Rosewood fingerboard counterpart. 

This guitar has been called a modern reinvention of an Iconic British Guitar that makes a polite nod to the 1970s. Equipped with two single coils and a humbucking pickup, this HSS configuration makes the Masquerader a really versatile guitar and means that some great lead tones can be achieved. The USA Seymour Duncan TB-4 humbucker provides some really meaty lead tones when paired with a good overdrive and being able to split the coils with the coil split means that you can still achieve the SSS sounds you might also look for.

Aesthetic Condition:

Headstock: There is visible blemishing noticeable to the front and top edge. Some dents are visible around the truss rod adjustment entrance.

Neck: Light finish dents are visible behind the 2nd fret centrally on the neck. These are difficult to feel and in playing position I am unable to notice them.

Body: Light scratching visible at various points. On the bottom edge of the guitar there is a noticeable linear indent about 2" in length, with some marking surrounding it.

Condition of Frets:

No/little signs of wear/indents

Height of the string from the 12th Fret- Treble 1.5mm - Bass 2mm
