The special coin of Ukraine commemorates the 10th Anniversary of the country’s National Bank. The piece has 10 hryvnias face value and is made of high rate silver in 2001. The collectible coin depicts the picturesque historical building where the bank is situated. The architectural elements of the construction are used on the both sides of the collectible piece. The obverse shows the elements of the building’s intricate windows next to the emblem of the country and the denomination of the piece. The name of the state and the year of mintage are indicated there as well. The opposite surface bears the detailed relief of the National Bank façade with its name along the upper rim of the piece and the Anniversary indicated below the effigy. The emblem of the bank is minted above the building. The mintage quantity of the special coin is limited to 3K pieces.
