We are proud to launch our new range of 'BeoSound Moment to TV/non-B&O Amplifier/Receiver' cables. This cable provides a unique solution to connect your Bang & Olufsen BeoSound Moment to a TV or non-Bang & Olufsen amplifier/receiver, and thus, use other manufacturers' loudspeakers. BeoSound Moment requires this particular dedicated cable in order to output the sound to a non-B&O system. Without this special cable, it is not possible to output the sound due to the BeoSound Moment using a dynamic menu and setup that would otherwise actively sense if B&O speakers are connected or not.
Connection is very straight-forward. Simply connect the Bang & Olufsen RJ45 PowerLink plug to one of the two PowerLink sockets on your BeoSound Moment and the two RCA plugs to your TV's audio inputs (if RCA sockets are not available, a SCART adaptor may be used) or to a non-B&O amplifier/receiver.
These cables are produced to an incredibly high standard, using high quality, low-loss, oxygen free copper screened cable and a fully-shielded RJ45/RCA plugs with gold plated contacts. The cables provide excellent sound quality over short or long cable lengths.
Note: Please ensure that your TV/non-B&O amplifier has the two RCA audio input sockets (these are normally colour coded Black {sometimes White} and Red).
We also advise setting the sound settings on your BeoSound Moment music system to 'LINE' on both the left and right speakers (see picture above for a screen shot.) Use the volume control on your TV/non-B&O amplifier/receiver as the primary volume control.
Note: Please keep your BeoSound Moment up to date with any software updates that may be available. A software update will be necessary if your sound/speaker settings do not show the LINE option.
