An IBM Drive Carrier with label on it for part number 00P2797 a media carrier trays for pSeries 7028-6C4 7028-6E4 z7.  With fast release blue labeled flexing tab.  4 screws supplied to attach to the drive bottom. 

This was used with a dvd-ram drive p/n 09P2647 but surplus to requirements here.
