AEON COBRA 400 EFI ATV Radiator Fan Switch Relocation Kit
LOWERS RADIATOR FAN TURN ON TEMPERATURE AND KEEPS THE FAN ON FOR LONGER UNTIL COOLANT RETURNS TO 80DEGREES!
THE FAN SWITCH IN ITS ORIGINAL FACTORY LOCATION WHICH IS FITTED DIRECTLY TO RADIATOR,
TRIGGERS THE FAN ON AT 95DEGREES
THIS IS NO GOOD AND WAS NOT THOUGHT ABOUT FROM THE FACTORY, LONG TERM RUNNING THIS WAY, SUBJECTS THE HEADGASKET TO EXTRA HEAT WHICH CAN BE REMOVED BY SIMPLY MOVING THE ORIGINAL RADITOR FAN SWITCH INTO THE TOP RADIATOR HOSE.
THIS ITEM CAN BE FITTED TO THE ORIGINAL RADIATOR HOSES ON YOUR COBRA 400, HOWEVER I ALSO OFFER CUSTOM MADE SILICONE HOSES MADE TO THE EXACT SHAPES OF THE ORIGINAL HOSES

You use your original fan switch.
I will prepare the fitting adapter so that all you need to do is remove your radiator switch and fit it to the adapter as shown in the pictures,
you need to cut your existing top radiator hose to fit the adapter,
or could purchase one of my silicone hose kits (See my other items for AEON COBRA 400 silicone hose kit) i then can pre fit it to the hose kit for you. Then all thats left for you to do is fit the blanking plug to the radiator where you removed your radiator fan switch from.
That's it enjoy a more efficient cooling system!
