PO BOXES - If you have a PO BOX, please provide BOTH PO Box and physical street address at checkout. The PO Box can be added to the second address line after your physical address.

Return Policy -   If you have received the wrong part number or kits are missing components, please contact us immediately. We will fix the problem by shipping a replacement or replacement components on a case by case basis.

If for any reason you aren't happy with your purchase or and item was ordered by mistake you may return the product within 30 days of the delivery date. The product must be unused, in re-sellable condition and include all original packaging and/or tags. Shipping costs for all returns are paid at the buyers expense unless a mistake was made on our part.  Please use the automated returns process in eBay from your order history and select the appropriate reason for return.

International Buyers – We use eBay Global Shipping Program (GSP) for all exports to outside of the USA. The GSP makes things simple for buyers by automatically calculating import and shipping charges for international purchases upon checkout. Before purchasing, the buyer sees the item price plus all fees. That means no surprise charges and no additional fees upon delivery. All GSP (Export) orders are first shipped to GSP in Erlanger, Kentucky USA. From there GSP re-processes your shipment for export. Please follow the tracking information provided by eBay GSP in your order history.
