This is what I call a SLIP & PANTY COMBO.  I have made a straight slip and attached it to my popular seamless men's full-cut brief.     

EXIT HOLE - There is a finished exit hole at the front of crotch - it is through the front crotch area of panty and allows the male anatomy to exit if desired.

The slip and panty share the same waistband.
