MAINTENANCE METHOD

 

1, try to use low temperature welding high temperature will accelerate the oxidation of molten iron head, reduce the life of the iron head. If the temperature of the iron head is more than 470. c, its oxidation rate is twice that of 380" C. 
 
2, do not put too much pressure on the welding, do not put too much pressure, otherwise the molten iron head will be damaged and deformed. As long as the soldering iron head can fully contact the solder joint, the heat can be transferred, and the choice of the right iron head can also help heat transfer. 
 
3. Often keep the tin on the molten iron head, which can reduce the oxidation opportunity of the tower iron head and make the iron head more durable. After use, the temperature of molten iron head should be slightly reduced before adding new solder, so that the tin-plating layer has a better anti-oxidation effect.
 
 4, keep the flame iron head clean and immediately clean the oxide if there is black oxide on the flame iron head, the iron head may not be on the tin, at this time must be cleaned immediately. When cleaning, first turn the molten iron head temperature to about 250" C, then clean the iron head with a cleaning sponge, and then apply tin, and repeat the action until the oxide is cleaned. 
 
5. The flux with low activity and high activity or strong corrosion will accelerate the corrosion of molten iron head when heated, so the flux with low corrosion should be selected.
