This Explorer Scout Young Leader (Adult Recognition) Badge comes from the Current UK Scouting Badge Scheme.

Many of the badges available are activity badges, which allow Beavers, Cubs, Scouts and Explorer Scouts to show their progress in existing pursuits, but also to try all kinds of new things and form new interests.

Each young person who participates in the Programme, including badges and awards, should face a similar degree of challenge, and requirements can be adapted according to each young person?s abilities.
