The tote bag was created as part of the beanie collecting craze of the late 1990s. The bag has six pockets; my wife's original intent was to create a wall hanging display of Beanie Babies with one or two beanies in each pocket. This project was never done.
My wife is the original owner of the tote bag and purchased it at the time it came out. The bag has never been used; it has been kept folded in a dresser drawer since purchase.
The bag measures approximately 15 inches by 15 inches. The six pockets and the name of the bag appear on only one side of the bag. The back is plain (suitable for the envisioned wall hanging). Its blue handle color and red bag color remain vibrant, no marks or scratches.
An inside tag indicates the tote was made in the USA (specifically, Tuscaloosa, Alabama) by a company called The Professionals.
