How to replace your heads?

Replacing your Philips / Norelco replacement heads is very simple - see the video opposite for a simple step by step instruction guide.

Note that some models do vary in that the entire head is replaced instead of the individual cutters & foils, for these models (RQ10, RQ11 & RQ12) the entire head unclips and is replaced.

        Payment & Returns

We only accept PayPal as the method of payment on this listing. It's secure and safe and means we are both protected against fraud.

For customers without a PayPal account we can accept personal cheques drawn in UK £, by arrangement. Please drop us a note or pick up the phone if you would like to use this method.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase on unopened & unused items. Please contact us if you need assistance with your purchase !

        Shipping

Purchases made before 2pm GMT are usually shipped out the same day. We ship daily Mon-Sat, please note that the last collection from our local post office is made late afternoon... so occasionally we might miss the final collection.

We ship all shaver products anywhere in the world at a flat rate of £4 per item. This rate is AIRMAIL standard and doesn't include tracking. Tracked & signed for services can be added at cost value during the checkout process.

Note that customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer if you live outside of the EU or North America.
