It is a odorless, white fine powder produced by fermentation of Tapioca starch.
It is easily soluble

It contains no MSG, no animal products, no fillers.
Other names for this product are I+G , IMP+GMP, sodium ribonucleotides or disodium inositate and guanylate.

It enhance and improve the flavour of savoury or sweet foods with a very low dosage

I+G when combined with monosodium glutamate results in a rich Umami flavour.

Addition of  I+G at 10% against MSG concentration
will increase the taste about 4-5 times higher than that of only MSG.
