You are buying a vintage Soviet Army officer's tablet / map-case (Russian: планшет), complete with a shoulder strap. This case measures approx. 12.2" x 8.2" x 2.7" (31 х 21 х 7 cm) and the strap is 26.5" (68 cm). It has Soviet markings of Beloomut (Moscow region) and is dated 1989.
