The Amazing Spider-Man King-Size Special #4 (Nov. 1967, Non-Pareil Publishing Corp.) - Spidey and The Human Torch team-up to tackle The Wizard and Mysterio in this new 41-page story from 50+ years ago.  The issue also contains additional features including "The Coffee Bean Barn!", "What the Well Dressed Spider-Man Will Wear", "Spidey's Greatest Foes" and more.  

This issue grades about 3.5 VG-.  The cover, which has retained good reflectivity, and all pages, which are cream- to tan-colored, are attached.  It would grade slightly higher but it has a water stain at the bottom center edge that extends through the entire book.  The front cover top right-hand corner has an approx. 1/6" crease, the right-hand edge has an impact crease near The Human Torch's arm and creasing above "Plus:", the bottom edge has some creasing and color loss; the back cover top left-hand corner has an approx. 1/2' crease, the stain is very visible at the bottom right-hand edge and corner.
