- 30 Days Change-of-Mind Returns
We understand that sometimes things change. If you wish to cancel your order before it's dispatched, we'll issue a full refund upon acceptance of the cancellation request. For change-of-mind returns within 30 days of dispatch, the item(s) must be returned to us in factory-sealed, unopened condition, and a minimum 20% restocking fee applies. Return postage is the buyer's responsibility, and we reserve the right to refuse refunds if the item(s) are not in merchantable condition.
- Dead on Arrival (DOA) Returns
If your item(s) arrives DOA, notify us within 7 business days for a replacement or refund. Please return the item(s) with original packaging and accessories; failure to do so may void the DOA claim. We aim to resolve DOA claims within 1-2 weeks upon receipt of the faulty item(s).
- Warranty Returns
All STVPARTS products come with a minimum 3-month warranty from the date of purchase. Should your item become faulty within this period, we offer repair, replacement, or refund (subject to restocking fees). Contact us via eBay messages for troubleshooting. If a return is necessary, we'll provide a return authorization (RA) number. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Allow 1-2 weeks for processing after we receive the faulty unit. For certain products, refer to additional warranty conditions outlined on our website.
- Missing Item(s)
If you believe there's an error in your shipment, contact us promptly. We ship based on your eBay address; ensure it's accurate to avoid delivery issues. We're not liable for lost items due to incorrect addresses. In case of a major failure, you're entitled to a replacement or refund, and compensation for any foreseeable loss or damage, as per Australian Consumer Law.
