These stunning napkin rings are GREAT quality. I am unsure who makes them nor the exact material they are made of, but they are heavy (set weighs 1.5lbs). They feature tan, white, brown and peach colored seashells and shell bits. They are 3.25" in diameter and 1.25" thick. They are in excellent condition. There are no breaks or repairs. (See photos)
