The book is The Royal Atlas of England and Wales reduces from the Ordinance Survey. Edited by J. G. Bartholomew.

The book is full of large topographical maps, physical and statistical charts, town plans and index of 35,000 names.

The book is in good condition, there a few sections in the front that look as though a few individual maps have been removed. The binding is cleverly done so that each map opens out fully and there aren't sections disappearing into the fold of the book.

A fascinating book.
