This plaque is only available with the wording as seen - with a name at the top.

This memorial plaque is the perfect tribute for your lost loved ones.   Heart shape and measuring in at approximately 15cm x 15 cm.  These plaques are all handmade and the size can fluctuate by a few mm but we do try to keep it to these sizes as a minimum. 

This grave decoration is made from aluminium composite.   It is two thin sheets of aluminium with a plastic core.  As such it will not rot or rust.  The background and lettering is all exterior grade vinyl.  We only use exterior grade vinyl on these plaques.  This is the same material you would find on a shop window or a car decal.  It is very durable and weather resistant.

This personalised memorial tribute also comes with a complimentary stake for ground insertion should you wish to have the plaque free standing
