ORIGINAL RAND MCNALLY SECTIONAL MAP OF IOWA WITH 1900 CENSUS - PUBLISHED 1906 POCKET FOLDING MAP WITH ORIGINAL FOLDER

This is just a great original piece. This is one of those maps that I would have thought was more common than it is. Truthfully, I could not find another example of this anywhere, not for sale or in any auction records.  Large map measuring 36 x 54 inches that folds into its original pocket folder.  Map is in excellent condition with just a few minor tears along the folds.  Really a stunning example and one of the finer examples of early 20th Century Iowa maps.  It would really look stunning framed up.  This map also comes with its original pocket folder.  I imagine that the original folder would be even tougher to find than the map.  Being that it was never bound into the folder, my guess is that most of the folders got thrown out or lost.  Just one of the best Iowa maps you are going to find.  FREE SHIPPING ANYWERE IN THE UNITED STATES!
