You are buying a VINTAGE BLOODY RAZOR BLADE Magic Gag.

It is New and in Excellent Condition and sealed in plastic.  The "razor blade" is made out of plastic and is completely harmless.  The second picture that shows what it looks like on your finger is another one of these that I have, yours will be sealed.

The card it is on measures 3 1/2 inches wide by 5 1/2 inches tall.  There is a little gold sticker on it that says "IMPORTED BY FRANCO AMERICAN NYC - SINCE 1919".  Made in China.
