I try to keep the postage costs as close to actual costs as I can, but Canada Post prices vary a great deal depending on where it is going and especially on how how thick the package is, so the amounts I charge are best guess. I was at Canada Post today and ANY small packet that needs insurance is $20 minimum to ship. If a card is shipped as letter mail there is no tracking and no insurance.

 For USA, If it turns out Fedex works better (for USA shipments they generally clear customs faster), I will use that service. Bottom line, I will try to get the item to you as fast and as safe as I can for the money you pay. If it is going over the border, I have to indicate the actual value in order for it to be properly insured.
