We try to get all our orders dispatched within a day or 2.

That means if you order at 2.00pm on a Monday, it's not likely to get packed until Tuesday, possibly even Wednesday which means delivery could be Thursday. On the the other hand if we are not so busy it will leave the same day. We are a busy company and respect & appreciate all our orders and customers. Please be patient. Please allow us up to a week to deliver your item. If after this time its not turned up then by all means scream, shout, email, ring us! We are here to help. Chances are that the item left and there was a delivery issue, problem with your address or you were not at the delivey address on the day it arrived! Don't panic! We will sort it.
