Quick Response and Very Helpful

The other evening I emailed about how big the different sizes actually were for the Black Spider Wood. I wasn’t expecting a response until at least the next day but almost immediately I got an email back.

Scott was very helpful and he even texted me some pictures of the wood to show me different options. That was one thing I was really worried about with buying this wood because no two pieces are alike. He took the time to recommend and send multiple pictures of the different sized wood and shapes to make sure I got pieces that I knew would look great in my 75 gallon cichlid tank.

Once we had agreed on a couple pieces of wood it was mid afternoon, and he told me if I went ahead and ordered it then he would be able to ship it out same day. Within minutes after ordering it I received an email with a tracking number.

I had been extremely hesitant and cautious about where to get my spider wood from, but I am extremely happy I got it from here. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Buying it here took all the stress and worry out of wondering what would actually show up at the door had I bought it somewhere else. If you are thinking about buying anything at all for your tank, I would recommend doing it from here, you won’t get any better service anywhere else.
