If the product you ordered is damaged, defective or the wrong item, contacts us through “eBay Messages”. We will respond to your issue within 24 hours. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next work day. UK postage items are sent using Royal Mail 48 delivery, which usually takes around 1-3 work days. Europe Deliveries usually arrive within 3-7 work days via International Signed For. World Deliveries usually arrive within 5-10 work days via International Signed For.
