Janet Reger London with this flattering olive cup sized boned bustier:  a very special, flattering, boned bustier in fine sheer olive coloured mesh with a subtle gold sheen.  Olive can be a dead colour but this is alive, redolent of the Mediterranean with its golden sheen, embroidered flowers and leaves with gold long beads snaking up the tropical leaves applique'd to the top of the cups and on the front panel.  Sequins sparkle in a subtle way to catch the light on a few leaves and in the centre of the flowers.    Olive lace is ruched up the front straps and secured with large olive zig-zag stitching.  

The cups are in three sections and are a balconette shape, lightly padded inside with beige mesh, three sectioned inside with the seams covered.  The petals of the embroidered flowers peep over the top of the padded cups leaving a pretty shape against the breasts.   The front has a main panel starting between the cups, boned at either side and with flowers and two large leaves adorning the bottom third of this panel.  There are two plain olive mesh panels from the centre of each underwire out to the wings.   The bones and underwires are picked out with olive stitching.  The back has a single boned section between the wings and the fastening, each side and this is in line with the back strap, sewn to the top edge.   The bustier fastens with six double rows of hooks and eyes on olive fabric.

From the front straps down the under arm section and around the back the top of the bustier slopes down to the fastening.  From the bottom of the front panel which is straight along the bottom, the bottom rises up as it rounds the body towards the back fasenting.    The bottom and top of this bustier has the olive fabric turned over a narrow band of elastic and is sewn in place with fine olive zig-zag stitching.  Only the main front panel is lined inside with beige mesh for added strength and to cover the sewing of the flowers and leaves to the outer panel.   The underwires inside and the bones are covered inside with beige fabric for added comfort.

The lace covered front straps start at the outer edge of the underwires and join a gold ring over the shoulders.  The back straps are in olive flat elastic with a gold sheen and these attach to the top ring and adjust downwards from that ring via a gold butterfly slider.  At the bottom they are sewn under the top of the back.

This bustier is a pleasure to touch, the mesh is soft, the whole is redolent of warmth and something exotic. The fabric of this Bustier is 80%Polyamide 20%Elastane, excluding the trim.  Janet Reger states that this should be hand washed in cool water;  cool iron if necessary, no bleach or tumble drying.  Keep away from fire.  New and unused.  The retail price was £62.50.   The matching bras, thongs and briefs are all listed separately.
