Each blanket is made from finest cashmere from the himalayas of Kashmir. The process involves collecting of wool, sorting and hand spinning of the wool in the the wheel(charkhas), weaving, finishing and packing. This handwoven process is the age-old tradition, art, culture and heritage of Kashmir especially women. Each piece is unique because we do not mass-produce. This is something that brings more joy to the work as you can see all your effort applied in the final product. Due to this handmade process, there are also small variations, which ultimately is a good thing!
