Handmade in the US! Welding cap features 6 panels, fancy zig-zag stitch on bill and hat which creates a more sturdy hat where the stitches won't break easily. The bill has felt/jean material inside for sturdiness. They are more of a high crown, covering half of your ears. The crown length from the top point of the hat to the bottom measures approximately 7 1/2 to 7 3/4". My bills are 7" wide by 3" long. I use cotton fabric for the outside and 100% cotton for my lining. Wash in cold water and line dry. I have made hundreds of these for my husband's co-workers in the pipeline and pipefitter field and have had no complaints. Note: I make many hats using the same piece of
material so what you receive may be slightly different than what the picture
shows due to the different cuts I have to make.
