NOTES ON SHIPPING:
I will always combine shipping for multiple purchases and refund you the excess shipping costs. This refund is usually about $3.00 for each extra book purchased. Combined shipping invoice prices will be rounded down to the nearest dollar amount. I will never try to make money on shipping costs.
Books will be shipped in either a solid cardboard box (made from re-purposed grocery store boxes) or well wrapped inside a bubble-wrap envelope. Larger soft cover books or magazines will be placed inside a plastic protector, and shipped with cardboard backing inside a reinforced mailing envelope. My packing methods will always protect the item from harm incurred during shipping.
