Due to the nature of our work and the collections that our clients may possess, we recognize that confidentiality is a sensitive and critical issue for all our clients. We believe in complete Client confidentiality before, during, and after the sales of their items. To do otherwise is a violation of B.H.C.'s beliefs and policies and that is unacceptable within our company.
B.H.C. hereby agrees to keep confidential, any and
all matters related to clients and understand that unauthorized disclosure of the identity of clients
or information will not be an acceptable practice within B.H.C. and is in violation of employee professional ethics. Please, do not ask to obtain any information on which you can contact our client (the owner of the object being sold). We will not release
Client information to the public or press, or use information that can be traced to a specific client.
This is a non-negotiable point and asked to do otherwise would be a waste of your and our time.

Statement of Seller Agreement
You are entering into a legal, binding agreement to purchase the item described in the eBay Ad you were viewing when you clicked the link to this page. If you do not intend to purchase this item, please do not bid.
All bidders must be 18 years of age or older. Non-paying bidders, unqualified bidding, bid hielding, and auction interference of any type will be dealt with according to eBay Rules and applicable laws.
Actions may include, but are not limited to, legal action, recovery of fees and other related costs. B.H.C. reserves the right to cancel bids from any bidder deemed inappropriate because of excessive negative feedback.
Any bidder with no eBay feedback must introduce himself/herself prior to bidding, or the bids may be cancelled at our discretion.
Payment Terms: The winning bidder should contact B.H.C.immediately after close of auction to confirm the intended payment arrangements. Payment is due within 96 hours of the end of the auction, in the amount stated of the final selling price. In the event contact is not made within 24-hours of the end of the auction and/or payments are not made by the specified times, B.H.C. reserves the right to re-list the item. We also reserve the right to re-list the item if the contact and shipping information provided from the buyers eBay account is incorrect.
Auction Cancellation Acceptance / Breach of Sale Agreement: Seller reserves the right to notify bidders and cancel this auction, and shall not be held liable for any such cancellation. Seller also reservers the right to refuse to sell or cancel any sale after the auction end to any and all bidders using Auction Sniper programs.
Warranty - AS IS WHERE IS, NO WARRANTY. This item is being sold as is, where is, with no warranty, expressed written or implied. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. Seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this item at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale, but this too, shall not be interpreted as a warranty of any kind. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the item.
