This is a vintage hardcover Book Club Edition of Stephen King's Night Shift (Doubleday, 1978) with original dust jacket.  It is a collection of short stories, many of which were made into movies, like "Children of the Corn," "Trucks" (Maximum Overdrive), "Quitters, Inc." and "The Ledge" (Cat's Eye), "Sometimes They Come Back," "Graveyard Shift," and "The Mangler". See photos for full Table of Contents of book. This book may be a first edition Book Club Edition; only a letter T is visible for the gutter code on the last page (standing for 1978). 

Vintage used book is in overall good condition with usual wear to dust jacket and book from age and use; previous owner's name written on first cover page.
