Vintage c. early 1900s  estate purchase.  No stamps or branding - jeweler tested14K yellow gold cigar cutter/clipper that can be worn as a pendant. 

This cool little thing is an antique 14k yellow gold (the cutter : Nipper attachment is plated) cigar or cigarette tobacco nipper that was attached to a fob to a man’s vest or waistcoat. Examples date this piece to the late 1894-1922 Battin and Co.
