We only accept payments via PayPal – Don’t worry if you don’t have a PayPal account. You can sign in as a guest and pay by card. Once your payment has been received we will send you confirmation email. All our listings require immediate payment.We run an automated ordering system so please ensure your correct shipping address is selected on the PayPal / eBay checkout as we can only send to the address that comes through. Delivery
We take immense care when packing your products to ensure safe delivery. Once your order has been processed and payment has been cleared then your item will be dispatched.
All wheel trims come as set of 4 packed together so we will not accept requests for missing items.
Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on the following Monday. Any orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be despatched on the following Tuesday.
Delivery charges can be found on the eBay Postage & Payments tab at the top of the listing.
Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of cleared payment.
We send our products with Royal Mail Tracked (anywhere in the UK including Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands) and DPD local 24h service (mainland UK areas only) with a one hour delivery window notified by SMS or email
Please note: postage and packing costs shown are for standard mainland UK areas only.
Additional charges will apply for the following areas (48h service):
- Republic of Ireland,
- Scottish Highlands: ( AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63,

and all other islands off the mainland.
Charges are determined by location and weight and can be substantial for delivery to any of the areas listed above.
If in doubt please get a quote before purchasing an item.
Please allow 7 working days before contacting us regarding the delivery of your item.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return the item after contacting us via eBay message within 30 days of the purchase date.
- All returned items must be unused, in original condition and in their original packaging.
- Items that are not returned in the original packaging will not be accepted. Therefore, please keep all packaging until the item has been tried.
- We will refund only the cost of the item, not the P&P costs.
- You are responsible for shipping costs either to or from your address and for the item condition.
- You are responsible for ANY damage caused to the product on its return journey.
- Inadequate packaging will result in the item being rejected and returned to you at YOUR own cost.
- When returning goods you need to include: Name, Address, Order Number.
- If you receive a damaged wheel trim within a set of 4 trims you will be required to provide evidence of the damage by attaching an image of the item via eBay Messaging Centre.
We will NOT replace wheel trims that have been damaged by the customer during fitting, neither will we replace any that are “Lost” whilst driving.
It is YOUR responsibility to ensure fitment is correct before driving your vehicle.
Please send an eBay message to allow us to confirm the damage, and provide a resolution.
If a single wheel trim is confirmed as damaged it refers to the SINGLE item only and NOT the entire set.
We will NOT pay for a return of the entire set.
When returning goods you need to include: Name, Address, Order Number.
