Return Policy: 30 days. All items must be in original condition, unaltered, not sized and not shortened. We do not refund shipping charges.

International Buyers: We are not responsible for customs fees, duties or delays, foreseen or not.

Sizing and shortening: We can quickly size or shorten your item, for a small charge. Please contact us. Once altered, we do not want to accept a return.

Packaging: All jewelry items are shipped in a gift box or bag and packed in a secure sturdy shipping box.

Condition of our Estate, Antique and Pre-owned Jewelry: All items are professionally cleaned and polished if needed. If there are any significant imperfections, we will disclose them.
