SHIPPING
Your item will be shipped express, insured with track and trace and signature on delivery. Shipping is calculated based on the item selling at full price. We will recalculate the shipping charges if the selling price is altered, or if you live in an area closer to us, both internationally and domestically. Postage has been calculated at the maximum rate. We only charge you the amount we are charged by the shipping company and it is really the insurance that is so expensive. International shipping will be higher. We previously absorbed the cost of shipping, but the insurance, along with the other fees that we pay, just got too high. At least this way, we can keep the actual price of the item as low as possible.
We always use Australia Post Express Post or a courier service.
This is so that we can be absolutely sure your item will arrive quickly.
Also, in case there is a problem, Australia Post will open an investigation
quickly and can usually find your item. Standard Post clients have to
wait 30 days to open an investigation and this, in our opinion, is too long for
the client to wait.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS/CUSTOMS
Please note, that for international buyers there may be customs duties
or taxes that may be due and which the buyer must pay. If you are unsure whether your item will attract customs fees, we
suggest that you call your local Customs Department to enquire. Sometimes, we may be able to assist you with information

We are happy to accept returns for almost any reason, as long as the item is in the same condition as when it left here.
Of course if an item can be proven to have been damaged in transit, you
can rest assured that it has been insured. There are steps for you to
follow so we can claim the insurance to reimburse you, so please let us know the
minute you open the parcel. We pack our parcels very carefully and have
had no damage to date.
There are only four reasons why you would not be eligible for a refund:
1. If the item has been altered from the original item sent
to you
2. If the item is damaged after it has been delivered to you
3. If the item has been damaged in transit and the buyer is
not co-operative in supplying photos and a description of how the goods arrived
to you. We can only reimburse you when the carrier has accepted
responsibility for any damage, which means we will need many photos and a
description to supply to them. If the carrier does not accept
responsibility for the damage, no refund will be forthcoming
4. If your item attracts customs duties or fees and you refuse to
pay them. The goods will not be released to you until that happens and we
will not reimburse you for not paying the customs fees
