It is clean and has never been inflated. There are no markings indicating a manufacture's date but it comes from around 1999. My wife is the original owner and purchased it new at that time. It has been folded in quarters, stored flat and kept in a dresser drawer since purchase.
The diameter of the balloon is approximately 18 inches. Other than the folded areas, the balloon has no marks or creases. It's colors remain vibrant, especial the light blue background on which the promotional symbols are displayed.
Would be an interesting piece to frame in clear glass and hung where one could see both sides (like a hall way).
CHOKING HAZARD – Children under 8 yrs. can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision required. Keep uninflated balloons from children. Discard broken balloons at once.
