- Spine and cover with mild signs of age-related wear, there's a light fold to the bottom left corner of the front cover, spine with transverse stress lines, two pages with closed tear to the top edge, some of the pages with slightly creased corners, paper is a bit soiled and yellowed with age, bottom staple is missing
