This vintage index came from the massive collection of longtime collector Roger Harris of Rutland, VT.  He spent his life writing to everyone who was famous who was alive from 1950 until 1990.  

Mr. Harris passed away and I was able to purchase a massive lot of thousands of signed custom cards that he mailed to each player.  It will take me years to list even this small portion of his baseball collection.  

Many are personalized and have special notes about the highlight of their career, to that point!  Some are written in their native language and may be some of the earliest autographs from many of these players.  Roger would note in pencil on the back of the card the date he received the card back through the mail. Most were obtained right after the player, umpire or coach made his MLB debut.  Also many team owners and rare international players!  Many only played in a few games or passed away decades ago.  I am a busy person and only list these when I have time, so am just listing a few each week, so check back often and mark me as a favorite seller.  I have not sent them in to get graded yet, but plan on getting that done for some of the higher valued cards when JSA comes to the area in April. Each card Measures 3 1/4 x 5 3/4 and is embossed.
