Notes:

- cosmetically in nice shape except for the tape residue

- can't get it to power on with 4 AA batteries - upon inspection there is some battery corrosion in the battery compartment, plus one of the metal tabs/contacts broke off.  Pretty likely that if you can just clean that up and repair the tab you'll have power.

- comes with original manual and strap
