Society Motorcycles’ Latest Torque cones for added back pressure in straight drag pipes, or UNBAFFLED Pipes!!

 

These Torque cones are designed to fit into the tip of the header by the exhaust output to adjust the lack of back pressure due to using Drag pipes, Un-baffled mufflers, or a custom free flowing exhaust. Back pressure in the exhaust helps with the combustion chambers efficiency. When the Exhaust is too free flowing, the exhaust creates a vacuum on the cylinder, which in turn acts like a straw and sucks unburnt gas from the cylinder before the exhaust valve closes fully. If you are having trouble tuning your carbs and are running a free flowing exhaust, then this is what you need. If you are seeing flames from your exhaust, your exhaust may be sucking unburnt fuel and power from your engine. You may also be experiencing a popping or backfiring from your free flowing exhaust, this is also a sign that your exhaust is pulling fuel from the combustion chamber and igniting in the exhaust. To fix this issue simply pop off the headers place the torque cone into the exhaust port of the head and reinstall.

 

These Torque Cones are designed to slip into the stock diameter exhaust perfect and help increase the backpressure lost from your free flowing exhaust. They are made from High quality T-304 stainless steel. They do not require any welding or custom fitting. Just simply remove your exhaust, drop the cone in and reinstall.

Re tuning your carb may be required if you are using on a carbureted bike. Fuel injected bikes should not need any tuning work as the O2 sensors should adjust the fuel ratio.
