Mootsie Tootsie Collection Vintage "Katherine" style 622-1543. These are a  Suede pump in a  spruce green color.

These appear new and unworn, though I can not confirm this. There is certainly no signs of wear. There is a rope bow design over the top of foot.

A cute vintage find, especially if you love Mootsie Tootsies!
