We will describe items to the best of our ability including a lot of (and relevant) photos. We take time to  package Your item safely. WE WILL GLADLY COMBINE SHIPPING WHEN POSSIBLE. IF YOU PURCHASE MORE THAN ONE ITEM, PLEASE WAIT FOR AN INVOICE BEFORE PAYING.

If an item is damaged in transit, The buyer is responsible to contact the post office and file a claim. We try to show our items  with the most economical shipping possible but you can always choose Priority Mail which carries $100.00 insurance. First Class, Media Mail & Ground are cheaper postage but do not carry insurance.   The USPS requires visual inspection of a damaged item and original packaging. Therefore it has to be up to the BUYER to file the claim so that they can take the package to their local post office for a refund.

There will be No refund for an item that shows delivered even if the buyer claims they did not receive it.  The buyer needs to contact their local post office.

Please contact us before leaving feedback if you're unhappy. If it was our mistake and we overlooked something then we will be glad to work with You for a refund.
