Haworth Office Duplex Receptacles. Fits so many different Haworth cubicles.

These clever little plugs are also circuit adjustable! There is a part of the plug that can slide, and you can change the circuit number to whatever line you want. (See last 3 photos for details!)

These receptacles are used and came out of a teardown of Haworth Unigroup cubicles. Stations were working prior to teardown. As you can see from the 3rd and 4th photos, some of these plugs are all slightly different cosmetically (4 different styles found). However all of the electrical lines up and all 4 "styles" fit cosmetically in the Unigroup series we tore down.
