Nasivion Adult 0.05% Nasal Spray should be taken according to your doctor's instructions. Normally, you should gently blow your nose before using it, close one nostril while applying the medicine to the other, and then sniff hard to ensure the medicine goes deep into the nose. Then do the same thing with the other nostril. It gives immediate relief and can persist for several hours. It only provides brief comfort, so don't use it more frequently or for longer than the manufacturer recommends. If you take this medicine too often or for too long, it may aggravate rather than relieve your symptoms.
