Up for sale is a high quality antique gilt bronze Austrian figural letter opener.
It's cast out of thick gilded bronze and has acquired a lovely patina from age.
It depicts a large elephant handle done in high relief and engraved by hand on the shaft with a name.
It's in good antique condition and measures 9 3/4 inches long by 2 1/4 inches wide.
