The velcro is worn out and some is coming off and could need replacing throughout. See pics. The coat has a drag rescue device built in. The coat has a radio pouch, flashlight holder and glove strap. I have matching pants also in various sizes if interested that have harness’ in them. This coat could still be great for training or as a great collectors item. The size as listed in the is a 44 inch chest by 29 inch front by 35 inch rear length tail. The coat has a 33 inch sleeve length.
