  • There are always arguments for what material will be good for a still, copper or stainless steel? What I can tell you is that if you run a pot still, definitely copper will be good because copper can neutralize sulfate from the brew and get clearer spirits, while there's almost no difference if you run a reflux still especially you brew with sugar wash because there's very limited sulfate in sugar wash and the copper saddles in stainless steel condenser is far enough to neutralize the sulfate, and in the end you will get same clear spirits as a copper one. While on the other hand, stainless steel will be more durable than copper and easy for cleaning, that's why there's no T500 copper condensor 7 or 8 years before, only stainless steel version. It's not a bad choice using Stainless steel condensor for a reflux still.

  • Also, the boiler is 35L Gross capacity, and 30L net capacity, that means you can not fill up over 30L wash for distillation, so please note this
