Established Casuals is a concept which is being designed for youth fashion in the UK, we are aiming at bringing the hottest new brands to the rest of world using eBay and our own website to provide these new styles to the world. Our aim is to build up a catalogue mixing new and old brands to produce a terrace busting range and eventually develop the Est. Casual into a clothing brand. The business is new, the concept is adventurous but the market is massive.

Paying on eBay has never been easier, if you have paypal you can have peace of mind in a few clicks. If you don't have paypal but you do have a card you can select the paypal express checkout which accepts all major cards. If you don't like these options you can tie a cheque or postal order, payable to "Trade Sports", to a pigeon and send it to our office.

We are using Yodel/Royal Mail/DPD as our delivery options, these options are reasonably prices are very quick.

UK Delivery - Normally 1-3 days
EU Delivery - Normally 7-10 days
Everywhere else - from 2-3 weeks.

We are obligated to accept returns in accordance to DSR's (Distance Sellers Regulations)

Unwanted Purchases/Your Right to Cancel

• You must notify us of your intent to cancel within 14 days of the date the day after delivery to your address.
• Please use the Returns Resolution Centre on eBay to request a refund.
• Returned items must be in their original and unused condition, complete with all tags, outer box or plastic sleeve or original packaging.
• A full refund of the order total will be processed.
• The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.

Faulty products - within 35 days

• In the event of a fault developing within 35 days of purchase, a full refund will be issued after receipt of the returned item and verification of the fault.
• Please use the Returns Resolution Centre on eBay to notify us that your item has developed a fault.

Faulty products - after 35 days

• Should an item become faulty after 35 days of purchase but within the stated warranty period, we will, at our discretion, offer a repair or a full or partial cost of item refund, after receipt of the returned item and verification of the fault.
• Please contact us via our "Find answers" page; under "Select an item" choose "Enter your item number" and "Continue"; select the topic "Returns" and choose "No, I want to contact the seller" and "Continue".

Incorrect Orders/Substitutes

• In the unlikely event of receiving an incorrect order or a substituted item, please accept our apologies.
• Please use the Returns Resolution Centre on eBay to request a refund.
• Please return the item in its original condition, and upon receipt we will process a full refund.
• We recommend that you re-purchase your item from our Shop under a separate transaction.

General Terms:

• If the return is for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods, please enclose the return postage costs which will be refunded once the reported fault is confirmed.
• For all returns, please include a reason for return or the nature of any fault(s), your order number, email address, phone number and your eBay user name.
• Please print and enclose a copy of your original Paypal transaction.
• If the item is not found to have a manufacturing fault, or the fault is due to customer misuse, then no refund will be issued, and the buyer will be responsible for any fees for return shipping.
• Should you wish for a replacement item, we recommend that you purchase this from our Shop under a separate transaction.
