1. I take no responsibility for your actions, if poor repair jobs result in damage to the parts purchased, your equipment or personal injury
2. We no longer accept unconditional returns. Due to eBay's unfair returns policy, sellers have little protection against fraudulent returns. As a result, eBay is rife with returns scammers and time wasters. 
3. Due to the above, many of our items are marks as "For parts or not working", unless stated they will be tested and fully working.
4. SCAMMERS beware! All of our products are marked and documented. We record protos, identification info, serials, UV marking, hardware IDs and more. Under any returns dispute, we will check if the returned item matches the one sent. If it doesn't match, NO REFUND will be issued, furthermore you will be reported to eBay for Fraud, if eBay do nothing about the claim, we reserve the right to take actions outside of eBay, including notifying law enforcement agencies. Fraud is theft!
5. Damaged items. It's your reasonability to reject damaged packages. If the package has been opened and the item is damaged, I will help you claim from the delivery company. They will require images of the damage, the outer and inner packaging. Claims can take 6-8 weeks or more to resolve. A refund will only be given once resolved with the delivery company
6. Shipping can occasionally take longer than expected, and delivery companies can misplace or lose items. We will follow up all late/missing items with the delivery company, but please be aware this process can take 1-2 weeks or more. At this point your package is in the hands of the delivery company and the situation is out of our control. No refund will be offered whilst any lost items claim is in process.
