Counterweight is about 6 pounds by itself & is about 4" in diameter. Ceiling canopy measures 5" in diameter x 1 1/4" without hook & 3 1/4" w hook . Font holder is 12 3/4" H x 11 1/4" W x 4 1/4" D (font holder). Three chains are each 27 1/2" long.
