Payment should be made within 3 days of the end of the auction. The only payment method is PayPal.

Warranty

All our products are covered by a 24-month manufacturer’s warranty.

Returns

We give our customers 30 days from receipt to return products for any reason for a full refund, including outward postage and packaging costs. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. This does not include the buyer's return postage costs for sending the item back to us.

 

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us through eBay messaging, and simply repack the item and, most importantly, include a cover note with your eBay user ID, 12-digit item number, your full name, address, and contact number. In this case, we will refund your return postage in full and either refund or resend the correct item at your preference. You will find our return address below.
